'San Bernardo Blue' Bean

I always feel like a crazy person when I explain the beans change colors depending on the temperature they ripen in. But it’s true!!! Cracking open the dried bean husks and pulling out the beans is like open a kinder egg, you have no idea what you’re going to get. This became a cheerful glass jar of colors on my shelf and were tasty when we cooked them up in the winter.
