Half Sheet Pans

My husband has unusual luck with finding things in free piles on the street. One time, he found a stack of practically new Nordic Ware sheet pans. At first, I side eyed the half sheet pan wondering when I would ever need it. I love this little thing. For some reason, when I put something in the oven on it I feel sophisticated. It is so much glamorous seeing your food on a small delicate sheet pan.
