Yes, I could write about big top or another hallmark cupcake at St Cupcake. But this is about the goddamn toasted coconut cupcake. What’s that? You think this is just a vanilla cupcake with some dry shredded coconut sprinkled on top. My darling dearest fellow human, this is not. This is a soft vanilla toffee cupcake with cream cheese frosting and toasted coconut. It is the saint of St Cupcake, we don’t deserve it’s holiness.
